The Charges
The "Red-Handed Bandits" was a case that was featured on American Justice. Two suspects broke into businesses and residences stealing computers and other items. Both commercial and residential cases were highlighted heavily in this case.
The Result
My client along with a Co-Defendant were charged with 22 counts of commercial and residential burglary and grand theft. After trial, the co-defendant was found guilty of all 22 counts. My client was only found guilty of 4 counts. The Co-defendant went to state prison whereas my client received only Probation.
DUI Case
The Charges
Flying under the influence. In this case, the pilot allegedly under the influence of alcohol crashed his plane, resulting in a passenger's leg being broken in six places.
The Result
After extensive negotiations, the pilot entered a guilty plea, but was not sent to State Prison and instead received one year in the County Work Furlough Program.
